Have your next event in our private party room! This large room has two enormous work tables with fun and comfortable chairs. The space is great for birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, girls' night out events, corporate parties and more.

CRAFT PARTY POLICIES AND ROOM RENTAL
|
The studio is available for parties and special events for $75 per hour. There is a $75 refundable cleaning charge. Book your date by paying a deposit of $150, which is also the minimum charge. The balance, if any, is due on the date of your event. We do not hold dates without a deposit. Parties are generally non-hosted.
Maximum room capacity is 16 persons. Parties with children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must remain at the store until all children have been picked up. The use of any caustic substances must be approved in advance by Yarn Paper Scissors.
Plates, wine glasses, and cake cutting supplies are available for your use. Please provide your own drinks, food, utensils and napkins.
Our studio has a refrigerator (no freezer), a coffee maker and a microwave oven with a warming feature available for your use.
Pre-made Party Kits:
Card making-Stamping: Each kit includes 8 blank note cards, matching envelopes, and embellishments in a favor bag. You have access to all of our card making and stamping supplies. An instruction and tip sheet for stamping is supplied. $12 per kit. This craft is appropriate for ages 5 and up.
Beading: Glass beads and memory wire are included in this kit which makes a necklace and matching bracelet. We include an hour of instruction. $15 per kit. Appropriate for ages 8 and up.
Felt/Sewing: Make an ugly doll or plushie. Each kit includes two large pieces of felt, embroidery sewing thread, needle, and polyfill stuffing. We put out stencils for the dolls, scissors, scrap felt and an instruction sheet. $15 per kit.
Parties are available during regular weekday business hours, from 2-5 pm on Saturdays and 11-4 on Sundays.
